Elite Storage Edmonton – A 60,000 Square Foot, 3 Acre Mini Storage facility located in Northeast Edmonton. Developers are seeking a mortgage of $5,000,000 to complete construction. This project is scheduled for a three year investment.
Redwater Industrial Park
Redwater, AB
Redwater Industrial Park Phase 2 – A full service covered RV Storage facility in the Redwater Industrial Park. The Developer has purchased the land and is seeking construction financing of $4,000,000. This project is scheduled to be a four year investment to allow for development of storage rentals.
Westshore Business Park
Victoria, BC
Westshore Business Park - A 5.7 acre business park located in Langford, British Columbia. Developers are looking for construction financing of $5,000,000 for the construction of a 5 Story Office Building. This project is currently scheduled for a two year investment.
Hi-way 29 Industrial Park
St. Paul, AB
Hi-way 29 Industrial Park – A 77 acre industrial park located in St Paul, Alberta. The Developer has purchased the land and is seeking a mortgage of $4,000,000 to develop the property into retail highway industrial zoned business park. This project is scheduled for a three year investment.
Spring Meadows Estates
Edmonton, AB
Spring Meadows Estates – Eight new house builds on existing land in Spring Meadows Estates. Developers are seeking construction financing of $500,000 per house to facilitate construction. This project is scheduled to have an 18 month investment with the option to renew upon the sale of each home.
