Elite Mini Storage is a self storage facility located in the City of Langford, BC. Langford is one of the thirteen component municipalities of Greater Victoria. There is currently an undersupply of storage facilities in the Greater Victoria area leaving some competitors in the area to put customers on a wait list for certain unit sizes.
The development is in the City of Langford, on approximately 1.5 acres of land, consisting of approximately 52,000 square feet of net rentable area. The Development was completed in the spring of 2020 and sold to an investment group in the winter of 2020.
The developer borrowed $4,000,000 from Century Trust, for 18 months which included the development and lease up period. The project repaid Century’s investment and are looking at utilizing the Trust in more of their future projects.

Liberton Professional Centre was a project that Century Trust assisted in the financing of the purchase and renovation in 2021. The building is a 15,605 square foot building located on 1 acre parcel of land situated on the St Albert Trail.
The borrower purchased the building in December 2020 and has spent the last year restoring and renovating the building. The renovations include but are not limited to; a new PVC roof system, New HVAC system, new hot water tanks, new exterior siding, and new common area finishes.
Century Trust advanced the borrower $3,000,000 to assist in the purchase and renovation of the property. The facility was only in place for 11 months before the borrower was able to complete construction and secure appropriate take-out financing.
The building was built in 1982 and is in exceptional structural condition consisting of typical medical offices. Since the owners purchased the property, they fully renovated the building leaving minor tenant improvements.
Riel RV & Mini Storage

Riel RV & Mini Storage. The property features 30 mixed use climate controlled units, 172 parking stalls for recreational vehicles and 383 drive up access storage units varying in size from 5x5 to 10x30.
Westwind Plaza
Spruce Grove, AB
Westwind Plaza. The two storey property features 52,000 SF of rentable office space. The building was constructed of pre-cast concrete on a site size of 3 acres. While sales were stagnant for the last 24 months, there has been a recent resurgence in the project
Redwater Industrial Park
Redwater, AB
Redwater Industrial Park reached completion early in 2020 and represents the only serviced industrial lots in the Redwater Area. The development consists of 106 industrial lots with separate titles ranging from .99 to 4.21 acres.
Spring Meadows Estates
Edmonton, AB
Spring Meadows Estates was completed in 2017 consisting of 65 lots ranging in size from .96 to 1.37 acres. There are currently 22 fully serviced lots available for sale ranging in price from $305,000 to $333,000.
