In partnership with well respected and long time developers, we limit your risk by requiring a feasibility or appraisal on projects being considered as part of their due diligence package. Each project is reviewed to ensure that it is well positioned geographically and within a
market with strong demand to allow for a timely turnover of projects.
Upon completion of the project, the advances are repaid from sale proceeds or through securing a conventional take out mortgage.
