Century Trust is a commercial construction mortgage fund that identifies well positioned construction and development projects needing construction financing.

The Century Trust focuses on projects in both high density and rural areas across Western Canada.

In partnership with well respected and long time developers, the trust limits
its risk by requiring a feasibility or appraisal on projects being considered as part of their due diligence package. Each project is reviewed to ensure that it is
well positioned geographically and within a market with strong demand to allow for a timely turnover of projects.

Upon completion of the project, the advances are repaid from sale proceeds or through securing a conventional take out mortgage.
