Century Trust is pleased to be open for participation and is looking for a maximum of $20 million of investment capital with a minimum single investment of $150,000.

An annualized interest rate of 10% has been paid to Unit Holders for the past three years and is expected to be paid for a minimum of four years going forward. In the event Institutional Rates continue to increase as a result of current economic conditions, the Trust will be reviewed annually to ensure a consistent spread is being made available to unit holders.

Once this funding round is complete, the Century Trust Management may at times look to partner with a financial institution to acquire additional funding if deemed beneficial. The management team will continue to utilize established relationships with institutions such as Servus Credit Union, Canadian Western Bank, and Laurentian Bank who have provided funding support in the past.
