Over the last two years, Century Trust has had the opportunity to participate in projects ranging from industrial land development in the Heartland of Alberta, building a two story, 52,000 Square Foot Indoor Storage Facility on Vancouver Island near Victoria, the renovation of a two-story Medical Centre in St Albert, and the start of a couple of Office/Warehouse Buildings located in Langford B.C. This activity along with Building several homes at the Spring Meadows subdivision just west of Edmonton, has kept all of our affiliated companies busy during Covid.

The activity on the Island has been a very good experience and has provided the opportunity for participation in a new project known as West Shore Business Park in Langford B.C. In addition to this, construction projects in Alberta seem to be gaining momentum. Presently we are active in retrofitting a Warehouse into a Storage Facility in Northeast Edmonton, completing additions to Storage facilities in St. Albert and South Edmonton, and commencing with an 80-acre Industrial Park development in St. Paul Alberta. We are also finalizing the Industrial Park in the Heartland near Redwater, Alberta.

We are pleased to advise that the Trust has met all of its obligations for the last couple of years during Covid and as a result of the aforementioned activity, looking to expand the portfolio by investing in a diverse range of developments. The new opportunities are located in Edmonton, St, Paul and Redwater Alberta, along with a major project in Langford, British Columbia. The projects that have been approved include land development, retrofit/renovation along with new build construction of Commercial Products that we have developed for over 20 years.

We have a renewed sense of optimism for the Alberta market though we continue to maintain activity on the Island. The result of expanding to B.C. has provided diversification and stable market for our projects. We are very excited that we have an opportunity to grow the Trust and our commitment is to continue to provide above average returns, while maintaining a secured position for our partners.
