Development Description
The home development, set to begin in early 2022, will feature 8 new homes being built in the completed development. The architectural guidelines in place, as well as the already high-end country residential homes in the area, will make the homes look and feel among the premier location.
The homes will range in size from 2,500 to 3,000 SF, featuring triple car garages, large open layouts and high end finishes.
Upon completion and sale of the homes, the intention is to continue to use the invested capital on future home development in the project for the next 3 to 5 years.

Spring Meadow Estates is a country residential subdivision located west of Edmonton in Parkland County. The project has been completed and the lots are being actively marketed for sale. The property, which was completed in 2017, consists of 65 lots ranging in size from .96 to 1.37 acres. There are currently 24 fully serviced lots available for sale ranging in price from $305,000 to $335,000. The development plans includes building an initial 5 homes on vacant lots. With the additional availability, the additional activity can be easily accommodated to allow for increased investor return.
